## How it works

1. Paste a YouTube or Google Drive link to the episode and choose how many Shorts you want.
2. The AI transcribes the episode and picks self-contained moments with a strong hook.
3. Each moment is edited into a vertical Short: pauses cut, speaker framed, captions, hook title, zooms, motion graphics and sound, then an AI review pass checks it.
4. You get an email, then download each Short with its post caption and publish.
